Why are V2 Game Servers so good?

V2GameServers has been great for our Day of Defeat team, They have great servers, great service, and great management, as someone who has played on V2 game servers for at least a year and a half now, I can honestly say that some of the most important matches in Day Of Defeat have been played on V2 game servers, let alone some of the closest matches. I remember a couple seasons back my Semi-finals match against TAP on anzio, and even though it wasn't very close, I found that the server was good, and i hit a lot of shots even though i couldn't pull my team out of our deficit, it was a great server to play on. I also remember watching the CAL-Main finals 2 seasons ago between TAP and LATELATELATE, it was probably one of the better matches since CAL Day of Defeat has come back. Watching some of those players inspired me to want to be one of the best around, and I feel that i have hit that point in my Day of Defeat career. I also remember my first time meeting Bloke and Huey in vent, and I can honestly say that i feel that they are some of the nicest guys you can meet, and am glad that their server company is starting to get the recognition for being the best servers in Day of Defeat, and as a top server company in general. Thats why I feel V2 game servers are the best around.

My experience with playing in V2GameServers has been rather lengthy over the past couple years. It seems whenever I scrim or play in a match, the server almost always is a V2. I know that when I join the server that I am not going to have to worry about ping spikes, lag, or bad registration. I know that when I have played my most important matches, they have been on V2 servers over the past few seasons. My CAL-O finals match a season ago was played on a v2 as were most all of my playoff matches this past season in CAL-I. The V2 Gaming staff has been a known and respected one in the DoD community over the past few years. I know that the first time I met Bloke in Ventrilo, he was the nicest guy I had met in the game. All in all, you can not go wrong with V2GameServers, they are respected, top notch and FRAG>LAG SON.

It's tough to find good servers for the Half Life 1 engine, and to me, there's no substitute for a v2g. The in-game quality aside; the service is phenominal. The v2g staff is always on to not only help you out, but pretty much bend over backwards to make sure your server/hltv are running accordingly.

I can't think of a scrim where we don't use our server, or a match where we don't make the other team go to our server second half if we don't get the first pick. I also can't think of a scrim or match where the other team made us play on their server for the entire thing or make us switch at half.

Top notch service, and quality servers.

Bloke was extremely helpful in getting the server configured in a matter of minutes after it was ordered. The registration is very good, the name is reputable, and the service is great. Thus the reasons we chose to go with V2 game servers.

Thanks Bloke! biggrin.gif
